ACQUAINTANCE is someone whom you happen to meet and sort of interact with for a short period of time in life.
For me, i have a list of acquaintances; some of which i really hope to see them again:
- The black jacket St. Gab guy tt i met on Flag Dae
- The Singaporean female tour guide of ours when i went to Australia last June
- The young handsome cashier guy tt i chatted with in Australia on my last day of vacation. I was doing last minute shopping @ their supermarket just minutes before 5pm :p ( He even asked where i'm from etc and both of us enjoyed the chat)
- My optician
- DNA expert 'cum' Vet--Animal lover-- Joe
- Professional speaker Gary (who i even took a photo with)
- Kang Kang
- The star cruise guy who cleared my room for me and gave my moisturising loition!
- The guy who served dinner to me when i was on board. He is not a local and looks a bit like 'mixed-blood'. He is quite a big shot there-- Manager i think (from his golden badge wore)...
In Life, you will never fail to meet with lots of new faces... Some of them, you will not even bother to remember, some you will only have blur impression of them after some time, but for SOME you will never forget them for life...
The things that you two did together, the topic of conversation then etc. will be something that you always remember!!!
However, there is a time for everything-- including Parting time when both of you gotta go separate ways. There you teo can only be 最熟悉的陌生人.
Unfortunately, this type of situation happened to myself quite a few times already...
