Door-to-Door

Oh yeah, this is what i call Mutli-racial Singapore...
12 Jan 2008- SHF Health Screening for Thaman Jurong Residents =) This is a project by NUS Medical Soc ppl and we get to help them out as volunteers to go door-to-door providing Free Health Checks- BMI, Blood glucose, Blood pressure and distribute FBOT kit for the elderly.
And you know what? The 4 households (out of 6 units on my group's list) that allowed us in consist of different races; ie, we met Malays, Chinese and even Indian family! Although my group encountered language barriers when communiciating with the old "Grandmothers and Grandfathers", J and me, together with Year 3 Medical and Year 1 Nursing student, managed to carry out our tasks successfully :) It was really great to complete the whole afternoon's hardwork! Following that was even more exciting--Buffer dinner and our class meeting Education Minister:
What a meaningful way to spend my Saturdae +)

FreshKon

First time in my life, i try wearing monthly contacts 2dae...
Omg, i'm totally not used to it!
No doubt FreshKon lens are pretty but they seem too hard and maybe becos my eyes are too dry or something, they lyk wanna drop out everytime i blink :P
My eyes are very painful throughout the whole day in school, CCA Carnival, as well as my class' SL project training which last until 9pm :X
It has indeed been a long day for me and my poor eyes are so tried (-_-)
Can't stand it anymore, let's allow my iris to breathe and no contacts tomoro =D

2dae is finally the day, our long-wanted-outing together =)
All dressed up and feeling good, i rushed to fetch him after work...
As it's not time yet, i gotta wait and meanwhile:
我知道他是故意的，
看到我进Office，他也特地跑进来装水。。。
i know he wanna attract my attention; so as a fren, i went to chat with him for a while while that stupid Winx club boy gets ready :P

Without YOU...

With the morning train just being us (07/08 batch) alone, i feel so lonely!
With the school not having them (06/07 batch) anymore, i feel so empty!
With all of them gone either into Army or somewhere else other than college,
i don't feel like coming to school anymore too :X
What for study until so 辛苦 and not enjoying life while i'm still young?
Is university education really that important?
If not, i just wanna go take N level, then O level (slowly) and join them in Poly...
