Ytd was Racial Harmony Day :) Despite the fact that it is the oni dae whereby we can 'dress-up' and go to school in something else other than the standard school uniform, RH dae has a very important message behind it...
Race and Religious are potential fault-lines of our society but they must never be the reason as to why our country fall apart; lyk decades ago.
History must not repeat itself!
All of us must live hand-in-hand together. All Singaporeans should tolerate the differences b/w each person. Appericate the we are a nation made up of many characteristic individual that contribute to be a good "Rojak" :p
In fact, i love living in this Unique country where i can experience and learn so much of everything. For example, being able to wear a Kebaya (that's what SIA girls do as well :) for Racial Harmony Dae [not shown in the photograph above] is a great thing to do. It is a privellge to be born in Singapore.
Singapore, this is where i belong =)
p/s: Wanna add that his Chem lesson on Thursday afternoon was Great. Not oni did i understand what he said, i enjoyed the session! All of us had a good laugh :p I didn't expect it to be good interesting although ABS is a very content based chapter. It may even be better than XXX... Yeah, good job (-_-)
