Hu shld make the 1st move???

***Imported from Gnet.moblog dated 21st Jan 2007 1:56:02 PM***

Recently, i read a book and it says:

我主动我住了XX ,

及时在一片新大陆上登陆。

这也怪XX留给我的后遗症:

开始习惯有(男/女)生的陪伴!

Come to think about it, the author of this para can either a guy or a girl! In this 21st century, a girl shld be more 主动 and in fact suggest the 1st move; esp in front of guys who fake not to feel anything :p

Waiting time is always horrible but how exactly shld one go about getting the ball rolling by starting the 1st move of the relationship?

we shall KIV.

***Imported from Gnet.moblog dated 19th Jan 2007 2:01:05 AM***

i miss my OG! i really miss them all...

The bbq @ ECB was great =) Imagine other OG which bought many ready-cooked food and PIZZAs and they sit down together to eat and chat, what sort of BBQ is that? We are so much better at least we made full use of the pit and fire!

There were many chicken drumlets, chicken fillet, hotdogs, satay and even otah... The best of all is the fact that there were many chips and drinks available. I still rmb the scene where JQ took the whole big packet of Lays for our crewlet :p

I wonder when is the next time that Adidas get together again!?! When the whole group of us are together, we always haf so much fun! We will laugh laugh laugh non-stop @ the group's creative director JH. I totally miss the days when we go ard with one another from morning to evening during orientation--- Ahhaha, so much fun.

Now, let's wait for JTS when we get together as one then.

Discussing about the best BBQ ever, i think the claim goes to Jason's 06 BBQ for his class. It was really well done; in term of food varieties, unity and satisfication. Thanks so much for his effort and lyk what i always sae the "Best teacher" award (if there is one @ M) shld be his. I miss his lessons as well and wanna thank him for his ever-caring kindness 2 me all along :)

Message

Pick up the phone before it is too late

And dial my number. there's no time to spare--

Love is already turning into hate

And very soon i'll start to look elsewhere.

Good, old-fashioned men like you are rare--

You want to get to know me at a rate

That's guaranteed to drive me to despair.

Pick up the phone before it's too late.

Well, wouldn't it be nice to consummate

Our friendship while we've still got teeth and hair?

Just bear in mind that you are forty-eight

And dial my number, There's no time to spare.

Another kamikaze love affair?

No chance. This time i'll have to learn to wait

But one more day is more than i can bear--

Love is already turning into hate.

Oh, so sad! Wouldn't it be nice if the gut make the 1st mov instead of letting her wait till ripe old age???

Let's appreciate another one over here:

Wife to Husband ~by Evangeline Paterson

You are a person

like a tree

standing like rock

moving like water

you show me how

to hold like a root

and how to dance

in a changing rhythm

you hold me close

in a singing stillness

you rock me slow

in a crazy wind

You show me a height

that i may grow to

you cover the sky

with stars and branches

you lose your leaves

without complaining

you know there will be

another spring

you stand like rock

you move like water

you are a person

like a tree

WOW, so lovely, isn't it???

haha, i just remembered, Valentine dae is coming and so how shld i spend (or rather who will i spend it with) Vdae this year??? All i wish to be held close into his arms and...

Okay, enough of my nonsense and let's end-off with just one more:

To My Valentine ~by Ogden Nash
More than a catbird hates a cat,

Or a criminal hates a clue,

Or the Axis hates the United States,

That's how much i love you.

I love you more than a duck can swim,

And more than a grapefruit squirts,

I love you more than in rummy is a bore,

And more than a toothache hurts.

As a shipwrecked sailor hates the sea,

Or a juggler hates a shove,

As ahostess detests unexpected guests,

That's how much you i love.

I love you more than a wasp can sting,

And more than the subway jerks,

I love you as much as a beggar needs a crutch,

And more than a handnail irks.

I swear to you by the stars above,

And below, if such tere be,

As the High Court loathes perjurious oaths,

That's how you're loved by me.

Indeed, the feeling of being loved is just so Great =) To all lovers out there, treasure your partner (be it knowing each other thru' Friendship dance, partnering each other in the same team for Captian ball or simply from the same class or cca) this Vdae and make it an unforgetable one :X

Ayden (the ants) gotta beaten by Red ants!

Yes, that's true, after Sea Ragatta on Mondae, my left leg is so swollen until it is starting to obstruct my movement!

OMG, it is itchy and painful and i even feel numbness in my poor leg whenever i move about. 2dae, it developed to the extend that i have to wear sandals instead of covered shoes to school...

PAINful is the adjective to describe my injury and i am stupid enough to run to ECbeach during PE lesson ytd :X i should have listen to Mr Yong and seek consultation from Doc. ytd. Lyk what he mentioned, Red ants are generally harmless but we dunno what they carry which may be alleried to my skin.

Rain, rain, raining!!! It's raining all dae long for the past few days and even till now! Due to this长命雨, i delayed my visit to the Doc. but was a great mistake. Only until this afternn (skipping last PE lesson) that i went to see my family Doc. "Infection" he claims and i gotta a MC for the dae :(

As i was rather sick on other part- cough, cold, flu and FEVER, i need a rest over the well-deserved weekend. Let's hope that things will get better :p

Changing over :X

***Imported from Gnet.moblog dated 11th Jan 2007 11:33:49 PM***

Although i have promised that i will go back every Hua Ren Jie to cc and help them out, deep down in my heart i know it's never gg to be this way in actual fact :( For many reasons, i will fail to keep the promise esp, when i get busier as the weeks go by in school.

Now that everytime i see ppl @ ant venue doin Change Over, i will think of GWei and all of them. 2nite when i returned from my tuition (rather late in the nite liao), i saw 1. a 'long-lost' fren @ the Guang Zhang. She is working as a sale girl for the Earring n Jewels store for $5 per hour (usual rate). At first, i didn't see her and i was she that came forward to call me! There am i refuse to admit and hiding then... i feel ashamed! Work then Work lah, so what's up with working after O's. It is certainly not a crime!

2. i saw my ex-classmate with her bf...OMG, they are just so close and happily shopping together :) I guess that is what ppl mean by "Two deeply in love". This year's Valentine dae i wish not to 'celebrate' it alone animore... Wanna catch hold of the Mr Right that has just appeared in my life and live happily ever after :P Ai yo, this sounds so clique! "Girl, i think you better study hard first..."

I belive the whole experience has been engraved into my heart and soul that in any way, i will link daily life stuffs to them. In so many ways, i just can't stop myself from think more... Am i suffering from some irregular illness that is making me crazy? Just lyk pregnant wmen have 产后忧郁症,may i undergoing some side effects as well?

I hope not but i will still miss them lyk Crazy +)

Two is better than One...

***Imported from Gnet.moblog dated 9th Jan 2007 5:04:26 PM***

No, no, i'm not talking about the digit 2 is better than 1 but the fact that "Good things do come in Pairs"

I rmb the lame number game that my OG was playin ytd during Sea Ragatta @ ECBeach...

It's just 2dae that i discover a new route that i can take back to my home's town. This new way which includes a change over of Two 50 somethig SBS bus will cut down on half the travelling time that Bus 31 will take!!!

Something, one direct trip may be convient but not necessary practical and ideal. Lyk what K once told me to be " More Handworking" and if you think out of the box, i'm sure there's a way to solve the existing problem de.

Pairing up with him during ytd's game i think is oso a good choice as the two of us can cooperate rather well =) So, it's true that good things come in Pairs.

2dae is the real 1st first for all Year 1 as we go for classes, lectures and tutorials... Life is never easy @ college. It's just so tiring and boring to move form place to place, venue to venue, class to class :X I really miss Orientation and my whole Group...

Let's just hope that things will get better in days to come :p

Eat together, ok?

***Imported from Gnet.moblog dated 8th Jan 2007 12:53:02 AM***

What's so great about eating together with the person you >>>

Recently, i have been meeting up with ppl to have Lunch, Dinner or even Supper! One of which is my beloved OGroup Adidas :)

Lyk what he said, "三餐都在外, so poor thing!"

I am staring to miss Home-cook food and eating meals together wif me family.

I realise one thing abt college life that is so different from Sec sch-- Frens, classmates n schoolmates will meet out for Dinner instead of Lunch together, simply becos school is now Ful dae and ends pretty late :X

I miss my OG group and totally feel lyk having OG Dinners wif them again and again...

After Mass dance @ Suntec 2nite, we wnet for OG Supper or maybe dinner as we skipped a meal since we have just eaten Pizza Hut @ Ian's house around 3-4pm. I tell you, his house is super Grandeur and nice :) I feel that the tiring long walk under the merciless sun is still worth our effort :p The PS2 game session where up to 8 players of out group played together was extremely fun.

Boo and Toadette rox!!! I didn't noe we can partner so well; so much so that we won many games apart from losing to the two Pro's Peach and Daisy *_*

How i wish to pair up with HIM again and play lyk crazy +)

I oso ate Lunch with them when i last went back. ME just hope that everything will run smoothly in the days to come and that they will not forget that i once appeared in their life>>>

My return!

***Imported from Gnet.moblog dated 7th Jan 2007 7:04:45 PM***

After returning back to school, i totally have no time for myself and my (used to be) colleagues.

College life is just so different and busy! It took my great effort and encouraged from JO and family members to adapt to the change :) I will oso lyk to thank my 4 very wonderful OGLs in helping us get use to JC life...

JQ, rest assure that you are not boring and i love ADIDAS =)

I cried when i was leaving and i cried too when it was just the beginning :p It's tough but i will persevere on... being the SuperGirl, i will not fall easily and i'm sure, i'm gg to make it!

Yesterdae, i returned to SYB and once again, i was embraced into their warm Welcome. The ironic thing is that we have not seen each other for merely just a week yet i miss all of them so much esp. Level 3.

Although i didn't meet everyone ( as usual, some are having their RO including Da Jie who went Off that saturdae) i really feel great to see them again :) If oni i have more time... i promise to return as often as i can to cc.

No matter what, i'm still Happie that we spend last Xmas and welcomed the New Year 2007 together+) I feel that life w/o you all will be meaningless. It is indeed a good thing that i get to noe the whole company of you all and that we appear in each other's lives! Yeah, we shall Keep In Touch and remain frens in years to come *_*

I love the familiar feel Office gives me and Let's have Lunch or Dinner together...

Recently, i have been joining OG dinners with my group and having fun but my loyalty still lies with SYB and i will oso return to catch up with you guys de.

Jia you everybody. Happy Working and till we meet again and i guess the dae won't be far as once i have my own free time i will go back but for now JC study is more impt as i will be attending lectures and CTs starting from next week :X

Leaving!!!

I always believe that there's a time for everything including closure and leaving. There must be an end to the various episodes in life but i will really miss SYB :X

However, 2dae is gonna be the last dae for me @ Office. All because school is starting tml and by hook or by crook i have to leave them all...

在哪儿工作的时期,我们各自交了各自的好朋友 I noe it's cruel but we have no choice but to accept the fact that i'm leaving to embark on my next journey!

我的这个“旅行”终久得结束。。。

Unless, i can not study anymore and be a Full time staff there and Work work work with them :p But no matter what, i will not forget the many frens that i met during this period of time and i am truly glad that i am given the chance to work there and meet all of you...

I oso believe there are some things that will not change regardless of the time factor-- one of which will be the true frenship among colleagues. Having to meet each other, work together each day and cooperate is a fate! It is not that any Tom, Dick or Harry can work efficiently together as a Team and produce good result *_*

Being able to hit Year 2006 budget as well as for Dec 2006 is a good piece of evidence to show that all staffs of SYB can and will work to together in Year 2007 and in years to come!

Team work and unity is the answer to all and i really hope that all of them will stay committed to the company and achieve greater heights. It's my plaesure to have noe them all and on the other hand, it's my pity to have to leave them by force...

On this last dae of mine, i have decided to work FULL cos i really dunno wanna leave this wonderful place. Dun wori, i promise to come back every now and then to catch up with you guys or (even better) to SHOP and contribute to the sales.

If time permits, i will drop by as often as possible to give you guys moral support. I once work here and i noe how life is lyk being a Full time staff who have to work long hours and STAND! It certainly is not easy and so "SuperGirl" will be giving you guys my 100% support :)

Thanks so much for the memories and i will never forget the many experiences i gain @ this very first job in my life =)

i will not forget all the stuffs of Xmas2006 which include: 28 prem staffs, 6 Part timers, the various food outlets that we visit during lunch (1.30 or 2.30pm) or dinner (4.30 or 5.30pm) breaks, the little Decos and items in Office lyk the Microwave oven and water dispenser, the many Dos and Don'ts for Cashiers to take note, The daily briefing sessions, the joy, the fun, the saddness, the excitement and my favourite closure song by Kenny G. etc.

Keep In Touch, everybody Take Care.

Do you still rmb your FIRST...

***Imported from Gnet.moblog dated 1st Jan 2007 12:08:49 AM***

*Embedded sound file removed.*

My FIRST job experience is indeed a Good and Fruitful one...

I learned a lot during the few weeks i was with them =)

I especially rmb the incident that took place when i just started out and i bet i will rmb forget this 'lecture' given to me by one of my customers:

I consider myself as a Green horn then and lyk any other new CS PT, i was wrapping any-o-how lyk nobody's business! And there she was appearing in the queue, wanting to gift wrap 3 pieces of towels together. They are big, medium and small size; all of the same design. The usual procedures are to fold them, put in box and wrap using our in-house Xmass wrapper. So, as long as i am able to fit them into the standard size box, it's okay... It doesn't really matters how i actually go about folding the towels. But she stopped me when i folded each of them simply into half and that quater as the embiodrory flowers which are right in the middle are being 'cut-off' then. She took over the pile and folded the rectangular pcs into half along the length and than two sides slightly to reveal the nice flowers 2 the top. She said," Ai yo, where got ppl do things lyk you (refering to my hack-care-folding) It's important that you present the best part of the item! That's the point of gift wrapping; if not, why bother the efoort?"

She is rite, there is more to gift wrapping and any normal passer-by is unable to understand the art of Gift wrapping! Among my interactions, i met many funny customers; some picky ones who claimed that i wrapped the wrong way (which i dun think so as i am rather good in judging on the size of wrappers for various items by now), some who insisted that i should not do designs on the top (as the gift is to be send as a parcel overseas) while others told me striaght in the face to anyhow wrap (as the kids are just gg to tear the wrappers apart violently). I enjoy seeing new faces and experiencing different experience daily :)

I do love my job but if given a chance i would lyk to be RA and become their fellow colleagues and work hand-inhand with them. Although that means that i will have more duty and responsible but i'm able to cope with them. Given the 'training' by my sup and all the guidance they have given me, i believe i'm suitable enough to be a Prem staff liao :X

Tml will be my last dae of work but i really hope that i can stay on and continue working with all of them. I really lyk the working environment and HOW? I dun wanna leave my company and Office tml...please, allow me to hang on as long as possible as to totally dun bear to leave SYB +)
